RESORT CONSTRUCTION RESOURCES

This is an ideal place to build a luxury island resort. The local government office has expressed their desire to help; as this will grow the local economy, create jobs for both construction and resort staff.

Construction equipment, and supplies are available locally. Uturoa, on the nearby island of Raiatea, has a good selection of lumber, hardware, and building supplies. There are also general contractors, with necessary machinery and workers for building major projects and making repairs.

This island/motu is owned by a French Polynesian S.A.R.L. (corporation) and ownership can easily be transferred. The existing accommodations will make construction much easier. The motu has solar power, fresh water, and a Living/Dining room with kitchen. Workers may stay in the guest bungalows, or commute daily from Raiatea.
